Shipping & Handling

Our goal is to ship all orders on the next business day. We ship most orders using FedEx Home Delivery service and they arrive within 2-4 days. We use USPS on small orders that can be shipped flat rate.

The charges are based on the dollar amount of your order after any discounts. We use high quality 200# tested boxes for all shipments. We guarantee your TurtleNeck will arrive in perfect condition.

Exchanges & Returns

If you need to exchange a product contact our customer service department at help@turtleneck.biz or call (888 371 1519). All returned products must be unused and in original packaging.
Once we receive your request we will send you the size you need immediately at no cost to you. You will need to return the original product to us at the address below. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you receive a TurtleNeck and you are not satisfied with it you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. The returned product must be unused and in original packaging. Include a copy of the sales receipt if available or contact our office and we will give you an RMA number. Return the product to:
