We warranty the outer fabric of the Ice Turtle and Rain Turtle products for two years and the Fly Turtle for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all rips and tears from normal wear and tear (see exclusions below). This warranty is for the outer fabric only and does not cover straps or the inner lining. All of our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will we will replace any product that is defective.
Limitations and Exclusions:
TurtleNeck will repair or replace any product that is damaged under the warranty. We will only repair it if it can be restored to perform as originally designed. If it cannot be restored it will be replaced with a new product. Claims are resolved at the discretion of TurtleNeck Horse Clothing. If your product is damaged and not covered under the warranty we will offer you a 50% discount on a new product.

Date of purchase

Product ID (located inside front flap)
Description of the damage
Note: We try to resolve claims without returning the product. However, it may need to be returned to the address listed below. If it is returned the product must be thoroughly washed and cleaned.
