Shipping & Handling

Our goal is to ship all orders on the next business day. We ship most orders using UPS and they arrive within 2-4 days. We use USPS on small orders that can be shipped flat rate. We use high quality 200# tested boxes for all shipments. We guarantee your TurtleNeck will arrive in perfect condition.

The shipping charges below are based on the dollar amount of your order after any discounts.

Level 1 $10 or less $ 5.50
Level 2 Up to $60 $10.99
Level 3 Up to $99 $13.99
Level 4 $100 and UpĀ  $14.99

Exchanges & Returns

If you need to exchange a product contact our customer service department at help@turtleneck.biz or call (888-371-1519). All returned products must be unused and in original packaging.
Once we receive your request we will send you the size you need immediately at no cost to you. You will need to return the original product to us at the address below. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If you receive a TurtleNeck and you are not satisfied with it you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Returned products must be unused and in original packaging. Include a copy of the sales receipt if available or contact our office and we will give you an RMA number. Return the product to:
